A total extract was obtained from the valves of the bean fruit ordinary by acid extraction. Analytical separation of the extract was carried out by RB-HPLC and protein -peptide fractions were isolated by ion exchange chromatography. The molecular weights of the obtained fractions were determined by the electrophoretic method. In addition, the amino acid composition of fruit bean valves is determined, including 20 components, i.e. 10 essential amino acids.
