Abstract

Including the widespread use and large demand for amlodipine tablets, in order to increase production volumes, an improved technology for amlodipine tablets of 5 mg and 10 mg has been developed.

Based on the study of the influence of various excipients on the technological properties of the pressed masses and the quality indicators of the tablets, the optimal composition was selected and a rational tableting technology for amlodipine 5 mg and 10 mg was established.

Created technology of amlodipine tablets is recommended for industrial development on the basis of a domestic pharmaceutical manufacturer.
